A decade ago I started a record shop in my town. I started it due to my my crazed obsessions with various musical genres. I owned so many LPs my only recourse was to begin a way to share it all with the world. Well, I started a record shop. I had a great time managing it for a long time. However, it didn't take before I decided I could no longer do it. I listed my business on the market. The decision was hard but actually finding the right buyer was even more difficult.
My wife thought I should hire a business adviser to assist me. First off, I didn't want to sell to a larger, less local company. The new managers, I hoped, would keep the small store attitude. Once I found a home improvement franchise Denver CO I was grateful they would try to respect my want.
As a fan of music, I shop at my old store to purchase vinyl. I'm constantly happy to see the new arrivals, but unluckily it's caused my own vinyl collection to balloon once again. Maybe I'll be able to keep it under control this time around.
